The course Chinese for beginners is a basic course in language acquisition and requires no prior knowledge of the language. All basic skills are addressed in the course: speaking, listening, writing and reading.
In addition, the course also focuses on culture and daily activities in China today, try to show student a modern China. and grammar.
At the end of the course, students will be able to understand and use simple Chinese phrases, meet basic needs for communication and possess the ability to further your Chinese language studies.
The course is concluded with a written and oral test. Once you pass the test, you will receive a certificate. A certificate is awarded if the test is completed successfully and the participant has attended 80% of the lessons

This course is addressed to B2+ level English speakers who wish to take the IELTS exam at the end of the semester. All the four sections are addressed in this course: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
The course focuses primarily on language exercises and relevant material (both printed and online) to enhance students’ language skills in preparation for the specific exam. The students are also given past practice tests and one mock IELTS.
At the end of the course, students will be able to successfully achieve at least a minimum of 6.5 band score in their IELTS exam, and also receive a certificate of completion.

The course will be structured on a three hours class scheduled on weekly basis.
Every class is composed by a first part of review exercises, both on grammatical rules and lexis, and comprehension activities, in order to test the understanding, and the obtained knowledge. In the second part, new grammatical rules and functions will be explained.
Principal functions covered in the course: asking about how a person feels, greetings, introduce yourself, introduce to someone; make a request, ask if there is a service, ask how much it costs, ask the duration of something, ask for the time, start and end a letter or a postcard; ask and talk about daily actions,
find out about someone's plans, make a proposal, accept / reject an invitation; interact in a restaurant / bar; express approval; ask and give road information.

The course Spanish for beginners is a basic course where students acquire the basic knowledge of Spanish: speaking, writing, listening and reading.
In addition, the students see texts, videos and photos about Spanish culture, famous people, food, places, etc., to be able to bring them closer to current Spain.
The aim of the course is improving the skills of students in Spanish language communication in order that they can understand and use simple Spanish phrases, so that in the future they can travel to Spain and be able to communicate or study a higher level of Spanish.
At the end of the course students will take an exam with four parts: listening, speaking, reading and writing. When students pass the test they will receive a certificate of A1 level.

Turkish for Beginners

The aim of Turkish Beginners 1 is to provide students with basic knowledge of Turkish language and the culture. The course covers grammar and essential vocabulary and focuses on the four language skills(listening, speaking, reading and writing), aiming to enable participants to communicate in everyday situations. The course is taught in English and Turkish and a variety of materials are used. In class, participants are encouraged to interact with each other using Turkish, practising the structure and lexical items learnt in pairs or in small groups. Outside of the class, participants are encouraged to revise what has been taught, do homework, watch videos, read books or listen to Turkish songs. At the end of the course, there is revision and consolidation session focusing on what has been covered during the course. There is no formal assessment but an informal evaluation of the learners’ levels is undertaken through in-class participation and homework check by the tutor. By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- greet people
- introduce themselves
- exchange information about their name, age,nationality, profession, etc.
- go shopping for everyday goods
- order food and drinks in a restaurant or cafe
- describe a place
