Application procedure

• Fill in the application form HERE.
• Application form submission deadline: 16/02/2020.
• Payment of the participation fee through bank transfer and submission of a scanned copy of the bank receipt via email to erasmusweek1@gmail.com. Deadline for bank deposit: 21/02/2020.
• Final confirmation of participation: Upon confirmation of payment

Registration is accepted on a first-come first-served basis. 

Participation cancellation policy:

• until 06/03/2020: refund the participation fee (bank fees are paid by the participant)
• after 06/03/2020: participation fee is non-refundable.
